As part of its patronage of the young French art scene, the Fondation Pierre Bergé – Yves Saint Laurent contributed to the 2010 edition of Nuit Blanche (Sleepless Night) by offering a carte blanche to artist Bertrand Lamarche.

 

The sole constraint imposed upon the artist was to propose a work visible from outside the building. Against all odds, Bertrand Lamarche presented us with a work that is to be installed inside the Foundation...
