L’Institut Mémoires de l’Edition Contemporaine (the Institute of Memories of Contemporary Creation) aims to conserve the works of major contemporary artists.

 

A major exhibition retracing 40 years of creation was compiled as a result of the collaboration between the Fondation Pierre Bergé - Yves Saint Laurent and the IMEC. 114 haute couture production drawings were selected for display out of the 1,283 production drawings created by Yves Saint Laurent for his 81 haute couture collections.
